The US Department Of Justice Is Taking Part In Lawsuit Against Lance Armstrong!

the us department of justice is joining lawsuit against lance armstrong
Lance Armstrong has another hurdle to go over!
According to reports, the Justice Department is joining biker, Floyd Landis in a lawsuit that was filed a couple years ago against Lance, and we don’t know about you, but we think Armstrong is gonna have a tough time getting out of this one!!
The reason why the government decided to jump on the suit is because when he raced for the U.S. Postal Service over ten years ago during the Tour de France, he VIOLATED them because he doped his way to a win.
However, even though the government definitely seems like a threat, Lance’s lawyer, Robert Luskin feels that Armstrong still has a chance to win because he could claim that he NEVER truly signed with the Postal Service.
Luskin said:

“Lance and his representatives worked constructively over these last weeks with federal lawyers to resolve this case fairly, but those talks failed because we disagree about whether the Postal Service was damaged. The Postal’s Services own studies show that the Service benefited tremendously from its sponsorship — benefits totaling more than $100 million.”

Even though the cycler came clean about his drug use, that isn’t good enough for the Department of Justice because they joined the case “in order to get to the bottom (or top) of this massive fraud would also be viewed by the press and public as necessary and legitimate.”
All we can say now is… good luck, Lance.
