No, this isn’t some weird sperm freezing trick!
Beckett Humenny was born at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis at 6:40pm on New Year’s Eve. His fashionably late sis, Freya, didn’t arrive until twenty-six minutes into 2012!
None of the hospital staffers can remember another instance of twins being born in different years.
Even though she was in labor for nearly 6 extra hours, the twin’s mom thinks this is totally awesome. She said:
“I’m excited that they will have two birthdays.”
It must be nice to have a twinzie AND get a birthday all to yourself. Hope mommy and daddy make enough money for two birthday parties!
Though normally twins are really close friends, it’s assumed Beckett will spend the rest of his life relentlessly teasing his “much” younger sister. LOL!
