Guess in-flight googily eyes mean a lot more these days!!
Last week, an Irish lad by the name of Jamie Kelly, got along swimmingly with a pretty Canadian woman sitting next to him on a flight from Barcelona to Dublin.
The two had the typical rom-com experience, joking and getting to know each other while flying through the air — only to unwillingly split up when they reached customs!
Unfortunately, the only thing 24-year-old Jamie remembered was the brunette girl was from Nova Scotia and her name was Katie!
He didn’t get her digits?! WTF, man!
So two friends decided to launch a Twitter campaign on his behalf, called #loveatfirstflight and #findkatie, in hopes of tracking down the beauty for their pal who’s been unlucky at love!

One of the friends, Gerard Blaine explained that this Canadian Katie was all Jamie could speak of, so they knew finding her was a top priority:
├óΓé¼┼ôHe called out to my house to tell me about the trip and all he could talk about was the Canadian girl.”
The campaign caught the attention of the media, leading to the mysterious Katie Moreau to come out of hiding!!
Okay, so she was actually traveling in a really remote part of Ireland and didn’t have internet access — but what romantic suspense!!
The two are flattered by all the attention and plan on meeting today or later this week!
If this love story works out, a Hallmark original movie is TOTALLY in order!
