Toddler, Tired Of His Kind Always Being The Ones Rescued, Saves Elderly Man From Locked Hot Car!

Woah!
This little guy is a hero, and he isn’t even 4-years-old yet!
A toddler became a hero in Tennessee last Saturday after he saved a 68-year-man from a hot car that he found himself locked in!
Bob King was waiting in his car for his wife who was at an event at the Vestal Baptist Church in Knoxville when the car’s doors suddenly locked in on him!
Here’s how he explained it:

“We’ve been having trouble with the door on this car since we bought it.”

Bob King has had numerous health issues these past few years, and was too weak to figure out a way to get the car doors open. It was also 91 degrees that day, and it felt like it was 120 degrees inside that car.
So basically a very bad situation for Bob King!
Which is when he noticed 3-year-old Keith Williams walking by! Here’s what Bob said happened next:

“I hollered at him and he just looked at me kind of funny and I said ‘Get help, get help’.”

Luckily for Bob, Keith’s mother had recently warned him about hot cars, and the little kid knew he needed to act fast! He ran and got Pastor Jack Greene who explained how the kid revealed what was happening to Bob. The pastor said:

“I was talking to someone and little Keith came behind me and kept saying, ‘Locked, locked, locked.”

When they found Bob, the 68-year-old was VERY red and almost fell out of the car when they opened the door. Luckily, the air conditioning inside the church and some water helped him feel A LOT better.
Bob knows how lucky he is — especially since he knew his wife wouldn’t have come back to the car for another twenty minutes. A time frame that would’ve almost definitely left him in serious trouble.
But thanks to little Keith — he managed to be just fine after the scary incident.
And Keith knows he did a good thing! The pastor said:

“He [Keith] said: ‘I saved life’ after I brought Bob inside. He is such a good kid. He is an inspiration and blessing to us.”

Darn tootin’!!!
We guess toddlers aren’t just cute and precious — they’re life savers, as well! At least sometimes!
