Tia Mowry loves getting her fitness on and we love that about her.
Staying in shape and exercising is a great way to make every day just a little bit brighter.
It must’ve been that exercise buzz that kept Tia smiling as she left a SoulCycle class, what with all her recent cycling drama!
Things got awkward when Tia approached Charlize Theron during a class.
Long story short, Charlize didn’t greet Tia as warmly as she had hoped and things got so uncomfortable, Charlize apparently asked that Tia be BANNED from SoulCycle!
Even with all that drama floating around, Tia seemed to rise above, happy to get her sweat on!
We love that she’s found an exercise class she really loves to go to, and one that clearly helps her stay away from the dramz!
Way to go, Tia!!
