Tom Sandoval gets to move home soon.
The Vanderpump Rules alum was granted dual temporary restraining orders against his ex-girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, and her dad, Will Robinson. This comes after he alleged he’d been verbally and physically abused during a June 3rd incident, which was partially caught on camera. Tom claimed he’d been displaced from a rental home he’s paying for since that violent night, and he wanted the court to force them out because he was “gravely concerned for my safety and well-being.”

According to court files obtained by Page Six, as of Thursday, Victoria and Will were ordered to leave Tom’s LA home. They were told to take “only personal clothing and belongings needed until the hearing and move out immediately.” They must then stay 100 yards away from the Bravo personality, including steering clear of his home, workplace, and car.
They have also been prohibited from obtaining or having any firearms in their possession. These conditions will last until the temporary restraining orders expire on July 16, at which point they have another restraining order hearing scheduled.
Interestingly, speaking to TMZ on Thursday, Will claimed they were in his “daughter’s home” and that they both wanted “Tom as far away from us as possible and to keep his lies and drunken abuse away.” So, we have to imagine they’re not thrilled with this ruling.
We hope they all stay safe and far from each other. It’s clearly a toxic combination.
