Tori Spelling Slapped With ANOTHER Lawsuit -- & This Time The Actress Owes American Express Over $87K!

Bad news for Tori Spelling!
It appears as though the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum’s financial woes may not be behind her, as on Thursday it was revealed that the 43-year-old has been slapped with another lawsuit by American Express for unpaid credit card debt. Eek!

As you may recall, Miz Spelling was first sued by the financial corporation earlier this year when she hadn’t paid off her then balance of $37,981.97. By August, a judge ordered Tori to pay back the full amount PLUS $855 in court fees. Oof.
However, it seems AE is not quite done with the reality TV star as on Monday they filed court documents in an El Lay superior court where they claimed the industry vet owed them $87,594.55 in fees on just one platinum credit card. Uh oh!
The corporation submitted a copy of the card statement as Exhibit A in order to prove that there is an unpaid balance. Not to mention, the card itself had been canceled with a closing date of April 27, 2016. Well that’s not a great sign!
It’s currently unclear whether or not the first lawsuit and the second one are related. Either way, Tori’s still facing some financial drama — and we can’t imagine this kind of stress is good for her pregnancy.
What’s odd is the Hollywood scion denied being bankrupt back in March and downplayed the lawsuit quite a bit.
Here’s hoping Tori and her family can figure out their finances before her little one arrives. Good luck, girl!
