That’s gotta hurt!
Remember when Tori Spelling slipped and burned herself at a Benihana‘s restaurant in Encino back in April?
This past Easter, the 90210 alum was grabbing brunch with her fam when she slipped and fell onto a hibachi grill — where the chefs prepare and cook the food — and received second and third degree burns!

Because of this, Miz Spelling racked up quite the medical expenses as well as general damage and wage loss — though we don’t know from what — and she’s decided to file a lawsuit against the Japanese cuisine restaurant chain!
A source revealed information about her accident saying:
“She got up to leave and tripped, falling backwards on to a scorching hot grill. She shouted out in pain from a large burn on the back of her right arm.”
Tori apparently didn’t receive any medical attention for the burn until the next day when she was told by her doctor to undergo immediate treatment. It only took a day or two for her to receive a skin graft which left a nasty red scar on her arm!
We bet this would hurt like crazy, but we’re just glad Tori’s okay now and hope everything gets worked out smoothly in court!
