The final chapter for our beloved Woody and Buzz Lightyear is almost here.
The first full trailer for Toy Story 4 was unveiled Tuesday on Good Morning America, and TBH, it looks just as emotional as we predicted!

For those who need a refresher, the animated film will be the fourth and final installment for the Disney–Pixar series. Actors Tom Hanks (Woody) and Tim Allen (Buzz Lightyear) are back to voice their iconic characters’ last big adventure — saving a runaway toy named Forky!
Previous teasers for TS4 introduced us to the new character, who is literally a spork with pipe cleaners for hands, after an arts and crafts session at Bonnie’s school. But Forky is more than reluctant to waste away his days hanging with other toys, and really questions the idea of being a toy altogether. He escapes Bonnie’s possession the first chance he gets, setting up the adventure and lesson of a lifetime for our toy heroes.
Woody, Buzz, and the gang set out on a rescue mission, but also get some help from their old friend Bo Peep (Annie Potts) and from new ones like Duke Caboom (Keanu Reeves).

If this trailer isn’t enough to convince you that it’ll be a tearjerker, then hear it from our favorite cowboy voiced by Hanks. Previously speaking on Chris Evans’ Radio 2 Breakfast Show, the 62-year-old actor said:
“The way you record Toy Story, you’re in a room with the team that has created it. When I went in for my last day of recording, I wanted to have my back to them, because usually, you’re facing him so he can look right up and you can talk about it. But I didn’t want to see them and pretend they couldn’t see me. When I realized what they were going for, I realized, ‘Oh, this is a moment in history.'”
