Oh no!
On Sunday, Tracy Morgan‘s triumphant return to the stage at the 2015 Emmys was applauded by almost everyone — key word being almost.
It’s been 15 months since the Saturday Night Live alum’s horrific car accident which resulted in the death of his longtime friend James McNair, AKA Uncle Jimmy Mack. So sad!

James was the only fatality after a Walmart truck crashed into the comedian’s limo in New Jersey — and it appears the deceased’s family has blasted the 30 Rock actor for not mentioning his late mentor in Sunday’s speech.
In a recent interview, Uncle Jimmy Mack’s sister Pamela stated:

“I understand it’s been a great ordeal for Tracy over the last 15 months. I just feel in some form or fashion, he should have acknowledged my brother ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ his mentor ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ because he lost his life.”

Yikes!
In fact, McNair’s son Jamel also slammed the NY native as he took to Facebook to reveal that the 46-year-old hasn’t contacted his late peer’s family since the crash.
He posted:

Ouch!
To be fair, Tracy’s been busy fighting for his own recovery but he should’ve at least called them more. Still, the Top Five performer did mention how greatly James’ loss effected him back in June. Well that’s nice!
Everyone handles their grief differently. We hope that Tracy and James’ family can resolve their issues sooner than later as not to tarnish the late funnyman’s memory.
