Plane crash survivor Travis Barker has sued the companies linked to the tragic South Carolina accident that killed two of his friend and injured him and DJ AM.
According to reports, the drummer sued the plane’s owners, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co., and an airplane maintenance company.
He’s seeking more than $25,000 in damages.
That’s it????
We would be seeking more like 25 MILLION!
The paperwork filed says the companies improperly operated and maintained the Learjet that overshot a runway and burst into flames on September 19th.
The mother of one of the crash fatalities, Charles Monroe Still Jr (Travis’ bodyguard), has joined Travis in the lawsuit.
She’s seeking damages for grief and sorrow, funeral expenses and loss of earnings.
DJ AM’s lawsuit plans, if any, were not mentioned in the report.
This has to be one of the saddest stories of the year.
