Travis Kelce is making it perfectly clear where he stands with Taylor Swift after those breakup rumors!
During Wednesday’s episode of his New Heights podcast, the football star and his brother Jason caught up with Travis’ Grotesquerie co-star Niecy Nash. While sharing what it was like to work with the tight end, the actress revealed that people would “text [her] about Travis” when they first started working on the TV show together. She recalled:
“They started off saying, ‘We’re watching [the show]. Is he the killer?’ Just to get [me] on the line texting them. Then they’re like, ‘Well, what do you know about his relationship?’ I’m like, ‘Get out of that man’s business!’”

Everyone wants to know the tea about this couple! The Kansas City Chiefs player laughed as the Reno 911 star called herself a “vault” and insisted “nosy” people “aren’t getting nothing out of” her. Hah! That’s a true friend!
The Super Bowl champ clearly appreciated her loyalty, replying:
“I appreciate you always. Every time someone has a mic in front of you and asks you something like that, thank you for always showing love.”
He also shut down rumors about the romance, urging:
“You know it’s real. And you know that me and Tay are absolutely happy, and I appreciate you always making sure everybody knows that.”

Travis’ comments come two months after a “comprehensive media plan” leaked online, seemingly written by publicists at Full Scope Public Relations, the group that represents the athlete. The papers explained how the NFL star allegedly planned to break up with the pop star and try to avoid any fallout from the high-profile split. Considering Tayvis had already been slammed with theories that they were just together for PR purposes, the whole thing was shocking and not a great look!
That said, Travis’ team quickly denied the “breakup plan” by insisting that they did not make the “false and fabricated documents.” They even threatened to take legal action against whoever made and leaked them. Yowza!
Since those papers dropped, Travis and Taylor have only gotten more loved-up in public. They’ve been all around New York City for dinner dates, a New York Yankees game, and even the US Open — making no effort to hide their chemistry from the world. But if that wasn’t enough to prove how in love they are, Trav is making it perfectly clear now. “It’s real,” y’all!
