Travis Kelce is reflecting on proposing to Taylor Swift in his first post-wedding podcast!
On Wednesday, Travis and his big brother Jason Kelce had Tom Brady on their New Heights podcast for the season 4 finale… and certainly went out with a bang! Talking about “cool moments” from the season, Travis sweetly reflected on kicking it off last August with Taylor as a guest:
“Starting [the podcast season] with Taylor [was] pretty epic.”
The 36-year-old went on to talk about the nervous jitters he felt knowing he was planning to ask the Blank Space singer to marry him after the recording:
“During that recording the entire time, I’m planning, like, ‘I’m gonna ask this woman to marry me after this.’”
The NFL champ gushed over the whole experience, calling it “really cool” and “pretty fun.”

As you may remember, Travis got down on one knee last summer in the backyard of his Kansas City home, which he transformed into a beautiful flower garden. In a post sharing photos from the emotional moment, Taylor and Travis wrote on Instagram:
“Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married”

Trav didn’t make mention of his and Tay Tay’s lavish Madison Square Garden wedding during the podcast episode, but we’re sure there’ll be a few details here and there when New Heights returns for season 5 in September!
