Tristan Thompson Jokes About Saving Money For His Kids' College Tuitions In New Interview

Tristan Thompson is in a joking mood, apparently.
When interviewed by reporters after Tuesday night’s game, the 27-year-old Cavs player revealed that his coach Tyronn Lue threatened his teammates with $100 fines if they fell for Toronto Raptors shooting guard’s DeMar DeRozan‘s pump fakes.

The athlete — who is dad to Prince, 16 months, and newborn daughter, True Thompson — said with a laugh:

“We have to [stay down] because if we jump and he gets a foul, it’s $100. I just had kids, so I’m trying to save up for their college tuitions.”
