Ty Dolla $ign Arrested For Drug Possession On His Way To A Show!

Ty Dolla $ign was arrested Wednesday for possession of drugs on his way to perform at a concert in Atlanta.
According to The Blast, the 33-year-old and six others were pulled over around 4:55 p.m. because police smelled a certain medicinal odor. After searching Ty’s vehicle, authorities allegedly found marijuana and cocaine.
Video of the scene recorded by an eyewitness shows a police dog and officers searching the rapper’s vehicle. Ty is then seen being cuffed and placed into a squad car.

Ty was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana less than an ounce, possession of cocaine, and possession and use of drug-related objects. The six other travelers in the van were released and are not expected to be charged.
The Pineapple performer was booked into Fulton County Jail and is being held on $1,000 bond. That night, he was scheduled to perform as an opening act for G-Eazy at the Cellairis Amphitheatre.
