Vanessa Paradis is more than just a beautiful face–she’s now the eco-friendly face of H&M‘s new sustainable clothing line, Conscious.
If only Johnny Depp and their kids could model those! Ahh, the good ole days!
Vanessa explained why going green with H&M was a perfect fit for her, saying:
“I like being part of something like the Conscious collection at H&M. I try my best to shop consciously, and vintage is very much part of my wardrobe. I love the style and it works in an eco-friendly way because I like to use and reuse old clothes.”
Made from organic cotton, Tencel and recycled polyester, the collection is expected to drop into stores in March and to show that they really are trying to help the environment, H&M stores in Ireland and the UK will give customers a voucher for each bag of unwanted clothes that they bring in to get recycled.
The clothes don’t even have to be from H&M!
Hopefully this will catch on in the US too, because helping out the Earth is always a great thing.
