Ha! We’re somehow not surprised!
Bee Shaffer posted a photo of her Christmas tree-less home with her presents sitting in a corner instead of under a tree (above top) yesterday with a very telling caption that read:
“My mom threw out our tree before Christmas Day because ‘it was too messy'”
In case you’re not aware, Bee’s mom is none other than Vogue editor Anna Wintour!
HILARIOUS!
This is not going to help those rumors that La Wintour is not easy to please, to put it mildly.
But Anna didn’t go full Scrooge — she gave her daughter exactly what she wanted for Christmas!
Bee posted a second photo (above bottom) of her in print Proenza Schouler pajamas and a Downton Abbey mug and wrote:
“Pjs and downton… AW knows me well!”
AW = Anna Wintour, obvs!
Hope you enjoyed Xmas without a tree anyway, Bee!
