Yeah, you can do that now. Have at it!
If you are an avid lover of The Coen Brothers, you’ve probably seen The Big Lebowski more times than you care to admit. Extra points go to you if you were at the annual Lebowski Fest this year and saw the gang all back together again. Well, now it’s time to watch this flick in a way that you’ve near done before – on your computer!
Oh wait, you’ve got the DVD right? So you’ve probably watch it on your computer before. Okay then, you’ll be watching it ONLINE for the first time! Wait, what? You’ve got Netflix streaming?! Crap. Okay, well then, this will be the first time ever, EVER, you’ll get to watch Lebowski while … stalking someone you went to high school with!
Universal has decided to make The Big Lebowski their first movie available for rent on Facebook through the studio’s “Social Theater” application. For just $3, you can watch the flick streaming through your Facebook window, which apparently is more helpful than just watching it on TV.
We don’t get it, but somehow, we know there is more than one avid fan out there who can’t wait for this to happen.
