So, we thought we’d re-visit a classic interview with Wendy Williams in our studios for a little #FlashbackFriday treat! In the clip from over eight years ago, the talk show mainstay discusses better times with her soon-to-be ex Kevin Hunter and how she considers herself a “modern day housewife”! Eeeesh.

In case you missed the news, yesterday Miz Williams filed for divorce, siting irreconcilable differences, though any real fan would know it’s because Hunter allegedly got his mistress pregnant. The baby was born just a few weeks ago.
This whole ordeal has been especially complicated, for one, because Kevin is an executive producer on her show. And two, Wendy took an extended hiatus to battle complications with Graves’ Disease, while also moving into a sober living home after a reported relapse VERY recently.
But back to the video… at one point we ask, “If you could wake up to anyone tomorrow morning who would it be?” Now, most married folk would say their significant other… Right? Well, Wendy’s answer was hilariously telling, even then. She replied:
“Benjamin and Franklin. Lots of it.”
