Fans think Hailey Bieber followed her husband’s lead! Justin Bieber is apparently back to smoking a ton of weed, and she seems to have given back into her vice… hating Selena Gomez!
For a long time it seemed like the feud that would never end, at least on Hailey’s side. But in recent months they finally seemed to have reached an understanding. Or at least a detente. Maybe Hailey was just tired of the mean girl label, but she didn’t shade her man’s ex for so long! And then… she liked a snarky post making fun of Selena and fiancé Benny Blanco‘s photoshoot.

Or did she? The like disappeared right away, and her rep swore she never did it. But fans saw what they saw. And so did some of Selly’s circle, according to an insider spilling to DailyMail.com on Tuesday! They declared:
“Hailey claims that she did not like the shady post about Selena, but not everyone buys it.”
There’s a big reason some Selena supporters don’t believe her denial. It’s because the shade wasn’t out of the blue! Ah, the plot thickens! The inciting incident was actually something Selena posted, per the source:
“It happened to come after Selena released the track list for her new album and fans questioned if the song You Said You Were Sorry was a reference to Justin.”
Whoa, whoa, whoa!
So they’re saying Hailey saw the tracklist… and assumed You Said You Were Sorry was a reference to her husband? Because he has a famous song called Sorry??
We mean… That’s a bit of a leap on her part, right? There aren’t even any lyrics out yet, why would she assume everything is about her and her man??
Well… that question might go both ways.
You may have seen Hailey posted something more overtly fiery after the supposed like — only it was a pretty specific complaint about pastors. She wrote on her IG Stories:
“pastors and preachers really love to just put words together with the same letter and act like it’s HITTING so crazy…
‘there’s blessing in the brokenness’
‘there’s grace in the gratitude’
S**t drives me bananas”
Nothing to do with Selena, right? Except — believe it or not — the insider actually says some of Selena’s crew think THAT’S about her, too!
“Her ‘bananas’ post on Sunday was taken as another diss. No one seemed to pick up on it.”
HUH?? Yeah, they said:
“Some people close to Selena feel it is a reference to Benny’s famous Banana pudding that Selena loves. She’s made no secret of her love for bananas. She even dressed as one for Halloween.”
Are… are they serious? She said something drives her bananas, and they think that was somehow taking a jab at Selly who… likes bananas…
That is the biggest stretch we’ve seen maybe ever! We mean, there’s reading between the lines, then there’s whatever the heck this is! Like, there’s no way Selena saw this and was like, “I LIKE BANANAS!” You’d have to be a narcissistic sociopath, right?
