The Brazilian model is getting ready to welcome her first child with jiu jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente, but it could have been her third with the retired NFL player had they not split. On Wednesday, an insider told Page Six the former spouses weren’t opposed to expanding their family prior to their 2022 divorce:
“Gisele and Tom were open to having another child during their marriage. But it wasn’t something they were actively trying to do.”
Oooooof. Maybe that’s why Tom is posting such emo content on his Instagram! Ha!

Last week, a source told DailyMail.com “finding out Gisele was pregnant stung” for Tom as it was “never something he ever thought was going to happen.” Maybe because he thought it would have been with him if anyone! But time to wake up and smell the coffee because that’s not the case! And his baby momma certainly doesn’t seem to be hung up!
Gisele, who’s been romantically linked to Joaquim since just weeks after finalizing her divorce from Tom, is said to feel “blessed to be having another baby” and is “soaking up every moment of this pregnancy.” The source added:
“Gisele has always known she’s wanted to have a large family. She comes from a big family herself and it’s something that she wants for her own children. Gisele’s sisters are her best friends and she’s really close to all of them, especially her twin sister, Pati. So she’s happy to be able to give that to her own children.”
She and Tom share 14-year-old Benjamin and 11-year-old Vivian. Tom also shares 17-year-old son Jack with ex Bridget Moynahan.
