Zac Efron decided to do what he wanted on his birthday and not what we wanted, but that’s okay because it’s his special day! LOLz!
Instead of getting shirtless on a beach somewhere, the birthday boy and his friends rode their bikes around Amsterdam, and Zac wouldn’t have had it any other way.
