Amanda Bynes isn’t the only troubled Nickelodeon star these days!
Zoey 101‘s Matthew Underwood, who was arrested in November for drug possession, got a verrryyy lucky break from his judge with the decision that he would stay out of prison.
Matthew’s probation officer urged the judge to give the former child actor 180 days in the slammer after he supposedly tested positive in a drug test and didn’t cooperate with the terms of his probation.
The judge threw out the charges after the 22-year-old showed some substantial proof that he was compliant to the conditions of his probation and avoided drug use.
However, the rebellious dude isn’t out of the woods yet because he STILL has four months left of his probation.
Here’s a word of advice Matt: steer clear of Justin Bieber and Rihanna!
