Wow Crystal Meth, I guess he can afford to get veneers when he needs them. It's a drug addiction and just like anyone else he'll have a terrible time trying to break off the habit. We wish him well and pray he gets off the drugs as he is a wonderful actor. Perez whenever possible please educate people on the dangers of Crystal Meth it is the most deadly drug to take and get off of.

I watched a segment on ET or something, and there was an expert on there who said that some celebs lead very lonely lives and are basically "on" during their camera time, and shut off after that. Doesn't excuse the drugging, but explains some of it.

OxyContin is an opiate and is basically heroin in pill form. It's not really "hillbilly" considering its about $1 - $12 per mg and heroin is $4 - $10 a bag.
Obviously his life isn't where it should be. The guy asked respectfully to let him heal and we should all take that into consideration. He may have tried harming himself but he hasn't tried to harm anyone else in the process like some stars. ( lindsay lohan, brit brit, etc)

#57 oxcyotin is "hillbilly' because in rural areas where it's use has become really popular, there is no access to "heroin" so locals have to get the next best thing. it has nothing to do with the price. heroin dealers don't live in rural areas

I have never commented on this or any other website before and prob will never again after this. Some of those other comments are totally inappropriate. I personally think Owen Wilson is a great actor, so funny, he makes us all laugh come on. To say anything nasty about him in a time or situation like this is so disgusting. I am just realizing that Perez takes a lot of criticism for writing "Mess!" on celeb photos. BUT, also notice that every time he's done this, terrible stories have followed and been substantiated by other media sources and the celebs themselves. In many ways, Perez is changing how we look at Celebs. Americans have always been so rose-colored about Hollywood, spending tons of money trying to emulate these stars who look so good in photos. For decades, drug use in Hollywood has been seen as glamorous UNTIL PEREZ STARTED POINTING OUT HOW MUCH OF A MESS DRUGS HAVE REALLY MADE OUT OF THEIR LIVES. Lately it seems like all of Hollywood is falling apart - Lindsay, Paris, Nicole, Owen, Amy, etc. But the real truth is it's ALWAYS been this way, we just have only focussed on the glamour. I think it's great to talk about things to honestly - to point out that these guys have struggles just like the rest of us, that often all their money brings them is too many choices and not all good ones. This is a much better message to teach our kids than letting them buy into the illusion that, if they become rich and famous all of their problems will go away. Perez, keep doing what you're doing! Now the main media is having conversations about the topics you've opened up…and the only way we can change things for the better is by not ignoring how things really are.
