Even though Demi Lovato‘s pops is trying to clear his name by lying to the media, don’t believe him!
Lovato and her family are not reconciling with their estranged father!
In fact, Demi hasn’t even talked to him in two years!!
Says Dem: “We are still (estranged). It’s not exactly how he made it out to be. It didn’t have the fairy tell ending that he portrayed. The last time I talked to him was two years ago.”
And don’t expect the Disney teen to be changing her mind anytime soon.
“You try to have faith in somebody, even when you’re the last person that believes in him,” Lovato explained. “But When someone lets you down after you’ve been the only one there for them, and so many times, you don’t know what to do… I had to cut off all connection. It was hurting me too much.”
We applaud Demi for being brave enough to talk so candidly about the sensitive matter!
Bravo, girl.
