Joan Jett has slapped her former bandmate with a big time lawsuit!
Jett claims Jackie Fox, ex-bassist of the Runaways, has “threatened” Joan’s business associates by demanding royalty checks for the use of the Runaways brand!
Probably should have worked out a deal before you quit the band, sweets!
Fox has also reportedly been causing dramz amongst the cast and crew of the upcoming Runaways biopic, starring Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning, saying filming should be put on hiatus until her script approval is granted!
But Jett says there is no character based on Jackie in the biopic.
Oh, we get it now!
No wonder Jackie’s losing her shit!
Joan is suing Fox for her interference with the film as well as barring her from ever making $$$$$$ off/ever using the Runaways trademark.
