It's Official! Michael Jackson's Coroner Report! HOMICIDE!

After waiting over two months for toxicology results, the L.A. County Coroner just announced the cause of Michael Jackson's death.
The death was ruled a homicide!
And, the official cause of death was due to Acute Propofol intoxication - along with the possibly contributing Benzodiazepine effect.
Benzodiazepines are drugs used to treat anxiety and insomnia, of which Lorazepam (Ativan), Midazolam (Versed), Diazepam (Valium), Lidocaine (topical anesthetic) and Ephedrine (used to treat hypotension associated with anesthesia) were found in his system.
Per the LAPD, the complete Coroner's report will not be released due to security measures.

Re: @v@ – Tell that to the countless other people from around the world who suffer from insomnia. People who suffer from insomnia will often times go to great lengths to get sleep. I personally know people who suffer from insomnia and they will literally seem crazy at time b/c of the lack of sleep. I have also seen cases from people who have even taken up to 9 different medications just to relieve themselves from insomnia. Michael suffered from insomnia for years. People who suffer from insomnia have a hard time "turning it off". So for other people who have a problem "turning it off" you try comparing that to a man who was preparing a very big concert, who was a complete perfectionist, who wanted to also prove naysayers wrong, as well as do a wonderful job for his children and fans. Michael Jackson was human and delt with the same things that any other human had to sometimes deal with. Insomnia being one of them. He inlisted the help of a Dr. for rest, and that Dr. failed miserably on so many levels.

You have to work yourself tired, and learn to rest when you are. Even without drugs, he would have fallen asleep eventually. He would have been better served by a sleep clinic. They know the insomnia business, and drugs don't cure insomnia, just saying. Wise practices get a person back on track.

The doctor also failed him by allowing him to have it for that purpose. Most physicians expressed dismay and horror that this drug would ever be used out of a controlled hospital setting for a sleep aid rather than for aneasthesia, for which it was intended. It's misuse of a drug, by both Jackson and this physician. Don't let your love for Jackson color your common sense. I loved his work as much as anyone.

the only person responsible for michaels death is the doctor who administered the drug, a drug which he should never have had in his possesion.
all michael wanted was to rest and sleep, he was awake all night, is it any wonder he was desperate by mid morning? whether michael asked for the drug or not is completly irrelevent, and how a doctor can use that reason as a means to justify himself is beyond me.
i challenge anybody that says it was mj`s own fault to admitt they would honestly say the same if one of their parents died because a doctor had injected them with PROPOFOL outside of a hospital enviroment, just because their parent asked for it.. no way!! this is the reason why doctors have to by law, abide by the rules.. they cannot just go around injecting patients with whatever they feel like.. Dr murray killed michael jackson.. and that is a fact.

My commen sense is perfectly in tact. Michael did request certain drugs that had worked for him in the past. These same drugs were given to him by Dr.'s in the past to help him sleep and that is why he was requesting them and that is why he knew them by name. Other sufferers from insomnia don't happen to have Dr.'s at their beck and call who will ablige to giving them anything they want for money. Alot of the Dr.'s who surrounded Michael wouldn't have even suggested such meds. to other patients, but then again other patients aren't worth millions of dollers either. This same thing goes down with all Celebs. Alot of people are saying it was Michael's fault because he was asking for meds. to help him get rest, so he should have expected it. That is a bunch of bologne! He did not ask to be killed. I know operating a moving vehicle can be dangerous but I have to get from point A to point B, so if I get in an accident and die then I guess it's my fault because I should have known better right? I can take every precaution in the book when driving, but stuff happens. If the cause of my accident was due to a drunk driver, that drunk driver would be the person at fault, in trouble. So look at Dr. Murray as the drunk driver in this situation.

The things that send up a RED FLAG are the Lidocaine and Epinephrine. It's not only a topical anesthesia, but it's used routinely in cardiac arrests, and also for certain ventricular arrhythmias.
Now, either the lidocaine and Epi were given by the EMTS who came to the house, OR they were given by the Doc when he found Jacko unresponsive. That's the question that needs to be answered. If there is no documentation from the EMTS, then Dr. Murray administered the drugs.
Whatever.
It's a case of good riddance.

ever since Michael has died, my life hasn't been the same. i really really miss him . i just cant believe the king is gone. part of me left with him , it just hasn't been the same. for the first few weeks after his death, i couldn't eat, or sleep, and i was constantly crying myself to sleep, and i just cant take it . the world misses Michael Jackson so much. despite the horrible people who think he is a bad person, he was an angel from up above. all he wanted was peace for the world. i don't understand why people are so cold hearted. at least he is at peace now, i am honored that we have his music to remember him. it just hurts to know we will NEVER see, or hear that beautiful voice of Michael.
