Yet another crappy sequel featuring Martin Lawrence is headed our way!
Fox is bringing Big Momma's House 3 into the works with the same production team of New Regency and David Friendly behind the project.
The original film grossed $174 million in 2000, with Big Momma's House 2 bringing in $138 million in 2006.
Seriously?!
Randi Mayem Singer has been tapped to write the screenplay for the second sequel. Singer also wrote Mrs. Doubtfire, another a cross-dressing, disguise comedy.

I LOVE these movies because I go to the local movie theater where it's a mostly African American audience and listen to the comments. It's the best….and MUCH better than the actual movie….Try it!!!

Hey if people didn't watch it, they wouldn't make any more!! I like Martin Lawrence. I don't watch those movies but I like him and I feel bad that everyone makes fun of his movies. If most people were offered that kind of money they would do any kind of awful movie… even ones waaaay worse than the ones Martin Lawrence does! So no… I will not be seeing Big Mama's House 3 but it seems many other people will!!!
