Jerkin: The Movie!

If you’ve been to clubs recently in the El Lay area, you’ve probably seen a tool or two attempting “jerkin”. It’s the newest, urban dance craze to afflict the nation and is being described as a form of street art “underlined by a specific political ideology of providing a positive, anti-gang message in the inner city.”

Nothing wrong with that!

And so now it’s the inspiration for a movie backed by Melee Entertainment, whose team includes the manager of the New Boyz, who have brought you the wonderful jerkin-anthem You’re a Jerk.

No word yet on what the storyline might be, but we see a lot of crappy music coming out of a project like this.
