Dennis DeSantis, also known as the fool who let Lindsay Lohan borrow his Maserati, is claiming the out of work actress owes him money and is considering legal action!
Are we supposed to be surprised by this?
Linds owes him $10,260 for the various cars she rented from his company, Specialty Car Craft, back in May. The rentals also needed detailing and towing, which makes the bill go up another $2K, making the total owed $12,310.
Seriously, the guy should have known better.

Hopefully she made enough money this past weekend to pay the bill. If not we’re sure DeSantis, who’s also a porn director, would consider other forms of payment.
Lohan will probably claim she thought the cars were just “lent” to her without payment expected!
