Merger!

Comcast and General Electric are close to merging in an NBC Universal venture which would still have Jeff Zucker as the head.

Comcast would have a 51 percent stake in NBC Universal and it would then house all of their cable networks, including E! and the Style Network. GE would own the remaining 49 percent.

Zucker is holding on to his job – we’ll have to see who else makes the cut!
