Pamela Keeney is very upset!
The Reno resident lives near this Billboard, which she's forced to see every day as she drives to and from home.
"All she has on is two little triangles that cover her breasts," Keeney says. "It's obscene. I have my two little grand kids coming over here, and they don't need to be seeing that."
The billboard is owned by radio conglomerate Clear Channel, which operates Reno's Z93.7.
Pamela is so offended by a nearly nude Beyonce and her pits that she has started a petition to get the billboard taken down. Thus far she has 100 signatures.
"The billboards were taken from publicity shots and this is the way those people perform. So to show them in a jogging suit probably wouldn't be the right thing," says Scott Seidenstricker, manager of Z93.7, who added that the photograph is part of a series that also includes Gwen Stefani and Justin Timberlake.
Counters the peeved Keeney, "You can change the channel on the TV, but you can't change that."

I live in Reno, and what I find hilarious is the fact that she is protesting the Beyonce billboard when there is a similar Gwen Stefani billboard nearby which to a conservative like this woman should be much more offensive.
