But after making what he thought was a harmless joke about Tori Spelling, he ended up accidentally offending her more — because he misread an email!
The Bravo host told the story on Wednesday's Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, which began after he made a joke about the 90210 alum suffering third-degree burns in April while eating at a Benihana.

Cohen revealed that Spelling shortly afterwards sent him an email saying how she felt the joke was uncalled for.
When Cohen sent an apology email back, he accidentally offended her AGAIN in his response when he told her to "EAT SOMETHING" — all because he misread her original email!

Remember when Tori Spelling slipped and burned herself at a Benihana's restaurant in Encino back in April?
This past Easter, the 90210 alum was grabbing brunch with her fam when she slipped and fell onto a hibachi grill — where the chefs prepare and cook the food — and received second and third degree burns!

Because of this, Miz Spelling racked up quite the medical expenses as well as general damage and wage loss — though we don't know from what — and she's decided to file a lawsuit against the Japanese cuisine restaurant chain!
A source revealed information about her accident saying:
It looks like Megan Fox may be shelling out a large chunk of change during her divorce to longtime love Brian Austin Green.
Aside from the the large disparity in income, the Beverly Hills 90210 alum needs spousal support from his former flame because of an injury that's kept him from working.
In case you forgot, the Hollywood duo were hit by a drunk driver in El Lay last year where they were side swiped by a drunk driver who was TWICE the legal limit. Yikes!

In fact, the accident was severe enough that the airbags deployed in the car.
However, previous reports claimed that both Megan and Brian were not injured at the time of the accident — but sources recently shared that the accident triggered a bad case of vertigo for the Anger Management actor.
