The struggle is real for Scott Disick!
Ch-ch-check out the snap, and take special note of his gloomy caption:
It's been three months since Sherri Shepherd was named the legal mother to her ex Lamar Sally's son — who was born via surrogacy with an egg donor.
However, on Thursday, it was revealed that the former View host finally settled her dramatic divorce and the debate over the financial responsibility of baby Lamar Sally Jr.
It's reported that the funny lady will have to shell out $4,100 per month in child support for her 10-month-old son until the child turns 13-years-old — where the stipend will increase to $4,600. Whoa!
This ruling brings this custody courtroom circus to a close.
Previously, the 48-year-old had distanced herself from the baby boy when she claimed that Lamar was using the child to cash in for a payday.
However, it's said the Miz Shepherd is still considering to press fraud charges against her ex-husband. In fact, if Sherri wins her claim she will no longer be entitled to pay child support!
Hmm, very inneresting.

Chris Brown is putting his foot down!
He's saying enough is enough with all the baby momma drama with Nia Guzman. The singer has filed papers in Houston to establish paternity over his one-year-old daughter, Royalty.
The 26-year-old has submitted legal documents in the hopes that he could renegotiate what he has to pay Nia in child support.
The 31-year-old has asked the musician for $15 thousand each month, a number he feels is WAY too high. She claims that right now he's paying her about $2,500 every month.
But it's not just about money.
Chris is hoping that once paternity is legally established, a judge can work out a custody deal between the two, since he says Nia never lets him see his daughter.
We just hope that whatever happens, it's in the best interests of little Royalty.

Friends where you least expect them, perhaps?!
Sources say Levi and his wife Sunny are down to do whatever they need to do to help Bristol with her new child!
More than that, Levi — who's the daddy of 6-year-old Tripp with Bristol — also says he's sorry for Palin's bad luck, including the cancellation of her wedding.
Awww! Even though Bristol has had a tough week under scrutiny, at least it's nice to know two exes can be (kinda) civil and put the children first!
What do U think — has Levi turned over a new leaf?!

Well this is very inneresting…
The only thing? Well, he doesn't even acknowledge Bristol! Writing on his personal Facebook page, Meyer ranted on the media's role in overshadowing terrorism:
Say it so!
Rosie O'Donnell's nasty custody battle just got tougher.
On Wednesday, RadarOnline reported that the former View host tested positive for marijuana.
This test follows her ex Michelle Rounds' claims that the funny lady was an unfit mother for her excessive use of alcohol and weed.
However, we're surprised the controversial celebrity agreed to the testing as last May a judge ruled she would NOT have to submit to random drug testing.
Allegedly, the actress agreed to the test to settle the matter on whether or not she was sober — but unfortunately it's said
There are plenty of celeb moms who are tatted up, like Pink and Kailyn Lowry — and we know no one would DARE try to tell Pink she can't breastfeed!
Now, a judge in Australia has ruled that a mother from New South Wales will be allowed to breastfeed her 11-month-old baby after she was previously banned from doing so — just because she got a tattoo!
Two weeks ago, Judge Matthew Myers of the Federal Circuit Court banned the 20-year-old newly inked mom from breastfeeding, concerned that she might transmit a blood-based disease to the infant.
The mother was tested for diseases at the time — and found to be negative for any blood-borne problem — but Judge Myers still prevented her from breastfeeding despite the clean bill of health.
Now family court Judge Murray Aldridge has overturned that ruling, and in the process, he threw some mad shade at Judge Myers, saying:
"Judges must not mistake their own views for being either facts not reasonably open to question or as appropriately qualified expert evidence. That those views may have been obtained by the judge searching the internet compounds, rather than alleviates, the difficulty."
In other words, Judge Myers ruled on something he didn't know anything about, except for a quick Internet search that took him in the wrong direction. Yikes!!!
Apparently, Myers' initial judgment came about earlier in June when the baby's father spoke out about the mother's tattoo as part of a bitter dispute over parental rights.
What do U think — are fresh tattoos a big deal on new moms?

For anyone who wants to be in Chris Brown's shoes, he has a message for y'all…
NO YOU DON'T!
As we reported, Breezy is currently going through baby mama drama as his daughter's mother — Nia Gonzalez — wants to increase her child support from $2,500 to a whopping $15,000!
On Tuesday night, the 26-year-old was performing in El Paso, TX and he just couldn't help but tell the audience about his legal woes!
Specifically, he decided to share what he learned from this whole ordeal!
