Brooke Burke and her adorbsies son stopped to enjoy some ice cream (they snacked on some Wendy's Frosty Waffle Cones), so naturally a photo was taken. And then another. And another. What resulted was a few of the cutest pics ever shot! LOLz!

Since Brooke Burke had thyroid cancer surgery late last year, when we heard that she was sick, we automatically became worried!!
Unfortunately, the 42-year-old actress has been sick for two straight days, and we just hope she's ok.
Miz Burke tweeted:
The unfortunate Boston Marathon tragedy has left 176 wounded and 3 dead, and while Dancing with the Stars aired on the night of the horrific disaster, the dancers, celebrities and judges dedicated episode 5 to the event.
Before the dancers began doing their thing, host Tom Bergeron said:
We told you Brooke Burke took her son Shaya out for ice cream as a reward for giving his clothes to charity!
And here's the sweet, sweet proof!
Unfortunately, Brooke's hunky Baywatch hubby David Charvet didn't make the trip to the charity drop-off, so no sweet treat for him!
If they had only done this trip on Tuesday, EVERYONE could have had some delicious ice cream!

The Dancing With The Stars co-host was spotted taking Rain and Shaya to their local drop-off station to donate to charity!
They dropped off three big bags full of clothes for the needy, then were treated to a litle instant karma, courtesy of Mom- ice cream! Brooke tweeted:
