Meghan Markle & Prince Harry Eyeing Malibu Pad Once Occupied By Kylie Jenner

As we’ve previously shared, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been looking into spending their summer in California.

The pair have set up camp in a rented Vancouver mansion, but are “hoping” to vacay in SoCal for the season, and one of the homes they are reportedly eyeing was once home to Kylie Jenner!

Though they’ve had offers from friends to stay in their pads, according to Variety the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are exploring an option which was once home to none other than the lip kit tycoon, who once stayed in the home for two-ish weeks over summer 2018.

Petra Manor was custom-built by Brooke Burke and now-ex-husband David Charvet in 2015 on land purchased by Mel Gibson. While the couple is no more, it appears they still jointly own the property, and it currently serves as a high-priced rental option for those visiting with deep pockets looking to enjoy what Malibu has to offer.

The home is located within Serra Retreat, a guard-gated community tucked into the rugged canyon and bordered by open land, but it’s just a quick drive to shops and restaurants. If the royal trio did make this move, they would join fellow residents Patrick Dempsey, James Cameron, Linkin Park‘s Brad Delson, and Scott Caan.

The property is also walled and gated for extra security and surrounded by sycamore and mature oak trees. Inside, the actual manor boasts 12,000 square feet of living space, complete with eight bedrooms, and 10 bathrooms, AKA plenty of space to entertain friends and maybe even some royal family members!

Additional features that are said to be luring in the couple are the grand staircase, wine cellar, at-home dance studio, professional screening room, massive living and family spaces outfitted with fireplaces, and a spacious kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. What’s not to love!!

As for the outside of the mansion, no Malibu home is complete without a resort-style swimming pool and full-sized tennis court. There’s also a motor court to show off their rides, plus an attached four-car garage, formal gardens, and an outdoor lounge. To top it off, it’s a full-fledged smart home, which can be operated remotely!

Ch-ch-check it out (below):

While it’s unlikely the pair will be buying the house (the 1.75-acre estate is rumored to be worth between $10 and $20 million), it’s definitely not a bad vacation rental while they figure out their next move!!
