Somebody please get this woman some grown-up clothes.

Carly Rae Jepsen has been criticized for dressing too young for her age in the past, and it looks like the criticism will continue if she keeps wearing outfits like this.

The 27-year-old wore a blue cap-sleeve Rachel Zoe dress with tiered ruffle skirt to Billboard’s Women In Music Luncheon in NYC on Friday, and it's not exactly what one should wear to a lunch with grown women.

With the AMAs' New Artist of the Year Award in the bag, Carly Rae Jepsen is giving the new year a beautiful start by covering Cosmo!

The Call Me Maybe songstress is fronting the mag's January issue, and even though her hair is a bit disheveled and appears a little on the tired side, the Canadian cutie still looks cute in her bright, digital print dress.

When she wasn't posing for the camera, CRJ opened up to the mag about her personal style, saying:

"I love being classy and as elegant as possible in my apartment. But when I'm onstage, I can't dance in 4-inch heels, so I'll generally sport flats. I'm 5-foot-2, so yeah, I'm going to look a little bit more playful. But I don't think that means I'm trying for an age younger than I am."

True, but it's kind of hard not too when you're 27! She could easily pass for an 18 year old, not that there's anything wrong with that. It's clearly worked for her.

The bias-cut silhouette shows off Carly Rae's seksi hourglass figure, while the sparkles provide that hint of cuteness associated with the Call Me Maybe singer.

It's the perfect blend of sugar & spice!

The saccharine look is completed with a gold Edie Parker clutch and a simple updo that puts the emphasis on Carly's signature bangs.

She won't have any trouble getting numbers in this get-up!

Carly Rae Jepsen must have known she was going to win at the MTV Europe Music Awards on Sunday because she matched her awards!

The Call Me Maybe singer stood out on the German red carpet in a silver Johanna Johnson lace gown that she paired with a metallic box clutch.

We’re liking Carly’s dress enough, we’re just not sure about the oversize braid. It isn’t bad, but it’s not doing anything to help her either.

Her bold red lip, however, was gorgeous!

Their newest ads feature the Call Me Maybe singer in various warm looks and are just in time for Fall!

She spoke about the shoot and being the new spokesperson, stating:

“I’m thrilled to be partnering with Wet Seal as I gear up to release my album Kiss. I loved going through and selecting the different looks for the shoot from the upcoming styles. Each outfit reflects a part of my personality, which made the experience lots of fun.”

As a part of her partnership, Wet Seal and Jepsen are giving away a $1,000 shopping spree with the star and four tickets to see her rock the stage with Justin Bieber! AH-Mayzing!

In an interview with Fashion magazine, Miz Jepsen said:

"My new songs are like clothes done by Versace or Moschino. My music is bejeweled, it's colorful, it's romantic, it shines."
