We weren't even there and we were cheering, too!
And it sure seems like no one was complaining of the choice of Ben for Batman then!

Carly Rae Jepsen is such a cutie!!
This princess stepped out of her ball gown and into a more semi-casual ensem to enjoy a night at the
ball Heathers: The Musical in NYC on Monday.
She must’ve been thrilled to ditch all those layers!
In a printed blouse tucked into a leather skirt, the 28-year-old Broadway starlet looked entirely put-together, if a little conservative. Except that was probably due to having to brave the cooler weather!
Carly’s polished look was then completed with a simple, black clutch and heels.
Who says getting dolled up can’t be easy??

Carly Rae Jepsen isn’t just a great singer, but she clearly makes a great Cinderella too!
The 28-year-old looked ready for a ball as she was photographed for Paper magazine’s shoot inspired by her new role on Broadway.
Shot in Bergdorf Goodman’s shoe department, Carly was decked out in Zac Posen gown after gown!
This is a spread fit for a princess!
And if that wasn’t enough to handle, she was also rockin’ all sorts of heels, from studded Valentinos to sky-high Charlotte Olympia platforms.
Oh the glam life of pretending to be royalty! Bet Carly was wishing the clock never strikes midnight. LOLz!

Aww!! Carly Rae Jepsen sure knows how to bring the holiday cheer!
The songstress paid a colorful visit to the patients at the Children’s Hospital in Los Angeles on Thursday, bringing along lots of Candie’s Only at Kohl’s goodies and an adorbz, pink Christmas tree!
And as the Candie's spokeswoman, we were not surprised to see that Carly was decked out in their gear, all the way from her mint green frock to her black booties.
Lurves it! We're even feeling the shorter locks!
Clearly doing good looks good on Carly!

For the "hard at work"-themed shoot, the photog captured a day in the life of a pop star, which if you're Carly, includes recording sessions, writing music and performing on stage.
The Call Me Maybe singer opened up about her shoot, saying:
"I think, for me, the highlight of the shoot is kind of the girly moments. Like when I get to wear the dresses and things that are sometimes a little out of my comfort zone, but it's really fun to play with. I love the way they combine it with leather jackets and combat boots, so that if you aren't totally a girly-girl you still got that edge."

Carly Rae Jepsen likes peaches, maybe??
Seventeen's March cover girl was in New York City on Thursday to help honor the mag's "Pretty Amazing" contest finalists.
Carly showed up in a peach colored Smythe jacket over a white La Causa tank top and matching Haute Hippie shorts.
She also accessorized with a singular Chan Lu necklace and some flashy blinged-out beaded/fringed Sam Edelman heels.
While we're not really feeling Carly's outfit, we do love the way her new red tresses stand out!
What do U think???

It feels like Carly Rae Jepsen is still in the process of finding her style.
The singer wore a trendy, sheer-bottom Carlie Wong gown to the amfAR Inspiration Gala in NYC on Thursday night, but it just lacked that special sparkle.
While it featured a pretty, organic print, the dress bunched up awkwardly around Carly's middle, and the turquoise cuff she paired it with looked like one of those wristbands they give you when you enter a club.
Imagine if the gown were fitted and the cuff was gone!
Wouldn't it have been so much better???
