Chris Brown is putting his foot down!
But it's not just about money.
We just hope that whatever happens, it's in the best interests of little Royalty.

Celine Dion is such a devoted wife, she's putting her entire career on hold because of her husband's cancer and well-being.
She's postponed her Las Vegas residency, canceled her Asia tour and even gone as far as to put all of her other show business activities on hold indefinitely.
Her hubby Rene Angelil had a
Céline Dion's husband René Angélil is in the process of recovering after he underwent surgery to remove a cancerous tumor from his throat.
The 72-year-old went under the knife last December and the operation was apparently a success. This is René's second battle with throat cancer as he was also diagnosed back in 1999.
Céline released a statement on her husband's health and says they're taking the recovery process very seriously and making sure he gets as much rest as he needs:
Our precious French-Canadian treasure, Céline Dion, is sick with the flu and things are so bad, she's been forced to cancel three of her sold-out Vegas shows!
Her doctor has ordered the My Heart Will Go On singer to stay on bed rest after she developed complications from a recent bout with the nasty illness.
Celine Dion doesn't just have one of the most beautiful voices in the world, she also is a philanthropist!
She recorded a video asking people to help out cute little premature babies around the world!
Thanks to inflamed vocal chords, Celine Dion has had to cancel four months worth of concerts and won't return to her Las Vegas stage until June 9th, but at least her recovery is going "according to plan."
And with a little luck, she might actually be ready to perform as soon as late April or May. Her husband Rene Angelil gave an update on the singer's health and she is "doing better," as he explained:
"Celine is doing better. She's obviously not singing, but her speaking voice is getting back to normal. We're flying to Los Angeles on Monday for a follow-up visit with Dr. Berke at the UCLA Medical Clinic. When Dr. Berke examined her two weeks ago, he said that he expects her to fully recover within 6-8 weeks which would mean between the middle and end of April. So far, everything is going according to plan."
Take all the time you need, gurl! We want those vocal chords to come back more powerful than ever!

That sucks! But it needs to be done!
The singer, unfortunately, has severely inflamed vocal chords.
Again, here's what she said happened:
"I tried to sing at my sound-check last week, and I had no control of my voice whatsoever. We thought that after a few days rest I would improve but it wasn't getting any better. Obviously this is the worst thing for a singer — not being able to do your shows. I feel worse knowing that I'm disappointing my fans. I'm so sorry. I hope they forgive me."
That's such a bummer — but for those of you who were planning on seeing her soon, she will be refunding shows. Small conciliation, but it will have to do.
She'll be back June 9th… and we'll be waiting!!
Feel better, Celine!!

We have more bad news for Celine Dion fans who were planning to see the singer belt out her hits at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
Thanks to that nasty inflammation of her vocal chords, she has been forced to cancel 10 more shows. Such a bummer!
The good news is that she has seen a specialist and is under proper care, as she explained to sources:
"I tried to sing at my soundcheck last week, and I had no control of my voice whatsoever. We thought that after a few days' rest I would improve, but it wasn't getting any better… I guess it was worse than I thought. I'm fortunate that I was able to see Professor Berke. He identified what was causing the problems I was having, and he assured me that with the amount of rest he prescribed, I would be back to 100%."
Celine won't be able to hit the stage again until June, but tickets WILL be refunded! However, she still feels pretty bad about not being able to perform for her fans, continuing:
"Obviously this is the worst thing for a singer… not being able to do your shows. I feel worse knowing that I'm disappointing my fans. I'm so sorry… I hope they forgive me."
Aww! They totally will, gurl. Their hearts will go on! Ha!
