Seems like it was just yesterday that David Archuleta was like a little bobble-head that Paula Abdul wanted to dangle from her rear-view mirror!
But alas, American Idol alum Archie has grown up and is now a 21 year old Mormon missionary, currently in Manila, filming a mini-series!
David hasn’t completely put his music career on hold, though — he recently released an album full of classic Filipino love songs!
Check out his latest music video for I’ll Never Go (above)!!
Kinda boring, but still sweet! He's always had such a nice tone to his voice!
Guess that two-year hiatus from the music industry didn't last too long, huh??? LOLz!
We knew he was going on his mission, but what we didn't know what that David Archuleta be taking a FULL two year hiatus from the music industry — and that he's starting it NOW!
He made the official announcement just this afternoon, saying:
Rough! Honey, he's moved on … so maybe it's time for you to too!
On Howard Stern's radio show yesterday, Courteney Cox called in to promote the return of Cougar Town and got suckered in to talking about her relationship with ex, David Arquette. By the tone of her voice, we know she is terribly sick of answering questions about their divorce and how she is holding up since the break-up, but things got intensely awkward with Howard called Court out on her sex life. Or lack there of, as the case maybe.
Check out the video (above) to listen to their uncomfy conversation about Courteney NOT dating her co-stars and NOT getting laid since she was married to David.
Yes, because that is the kind of information you want broadcasted over the airwaves to millions of people. Poor thing. Embarrassing!

As America says goodbye to Archie in the months, the Phillipines will welcome him with a new TV series!
Before he begins his mission work, David Archuleta has been cast for a television series for TV5, the third largest Filipino network.
TV5's network heads believe the signing of Archie will help build ratings and maybe even move it past other networks in the country.
The network said the following:
While we're sad David Archuleta is leaving the music biz, we're excited that he's giving one last give before he goes!
David has wrapped up his music video for WAIT. This is song is said to be an homage to a close friend he lost.
WAIT is a track from his Asian Tour edition of The Other Side of Down album.
Good luck on your mission, David!
Check out the video above for David's heartfelt WAIT!
We'll miss U, Archie!
Check out the video (above) of David Archuleta announcing plans to go on a two year Mormon mission.
We'll be sad to lose two years of David's music, but we certainly understand how important this is to him, and we hope it's a fulfilling experience.
Good luck, and safe travels, David! See ya in 2014!!!

No William Hung this year??? LOLz.
