Wowsa! Between this SVH update and our gallery of 90s TV shows, we've been having a seriously nostalgic day!

Waaaaay back in March '10, we had heard that Juno writer Diablo Cody had a Sweet Valley High script in the works!

Now, progress is being made on the SVH movie, and Diablo has got some updates for us:

Check out the just-released poster for the new movie from Jason Reitman and Diablo Cody, Young Adult, which stars Charlize Theron as a teen lit writer who returns to her hometown to try and steal back her high school sweetheart, who is now married (above)!

Between her role in this and as the Evil Queen in Snow White & The Huntsman, this is one hell of a year for Charlize, right?!

This is going to be too funny!

As we mentioned this past summer, Diablo Cody is set to direct her latest project, which was going to be called Lamb of God.

The holiday flick, to be produced by Mandate Pictures, follows a woman who loses faith in God after a horrific plane crash, but later meets up with him again as a sinful Vegas gal.

And set to star in the flick is Russell Brand who will be joining Julianne Hough!

The movie is set to start filming this spring.
