Diddy's in debt!

The artist formerly known as Puff Daddy owes the IRS a damaging… $7,373 in back taxes?

Diddy probs drops seven grand a day on gas for his wave runners and pool noodles for his backyard BBQ parties!

Anyway, back in 2007, the producer turned rapper turned vodka mogul underpaid the federal tax for his Atlanta based Caribbean restaurant, Justin's, after what Diddy's people believe was an address snafu.

Apparently the IRS was mailing the biz papers to an address Combs hadn't used in almost 10 years!

Upon finding out about the debt, Diddy reportedly cut a check for the proper amount which, should be arriving to the IRS shortly, according to his rep.

Gotta keep on top of that shiz!

At Diddy's July 4th White Party, Chris Brown was reportedly spotted making out with Kanye West's on/off girlfriend, Amber Rose, according to the NY Daily News.

She gets around!

Brown, who was there with a fugly teenage RiRi look-alike, Teyana Taylor, started dancing with Amber until the pair found a couch in the backyard of the mansion.

Real smooth!

"They were holding hands and making out in the shadows," said a witness. "She had her hand on his leg."

The douchebag and famewhore left separately.

Something tells us we have not heard the end of this!

Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore hit up Diddy's White Party in Bev Hills on Saturday where they spent the whole day twitpic-ing away.

Srlsy, they couldn't get any A-listers to attend????

Bye-bye Hamptons, Hello El Lay!

Make arrangements, as P.Diddy is moving his annual Fourth of July White Party from the East Coast to the West, opting to have the party in Beverly Hills, rather than in the Hamptons.

This will be the first time in a decade the music mogul/wannabe actor has changed the party's location, but it is said he will be hosting with pal Ashton Kutcher and celebrities like Forest Whitaker, Kevin Connolly and Demi Moore are expected to hit the private affair.

He couldn't get any A-listers to go????

Atlanta-based rapper Dolla, also known as Roderick Anthony Burton II, was shot and killed at the Beverly Center shopping mall in Los Angeles on Monday afternoon.

The rapper was only 21 years old.

Awful!

Burton was waiting at the mall's valet stand with friend and fellow rapper DJ Shabbazz when Burton was shot in the head around 3:15 pm. He later died of his injuries at Cedars Sinai Medial Center, coincidentally across the street from the Beverly Center.

Witnesses reportedly saw a woman fire the shots and two suspects flee the scene in a Mercedes Benz SUV and a Nissan Altima.

Police caught up with one of the suspects, a man by the name of Aubery Berry, at Los Angeles International Airport and promptly arrested the perp in the Terminal One lobby of LAX after Berry "raised his hands and told them he had a 9 millimeter handgun in his waistband."

LAPD believe Berry was attempting to flee Los Angeles County before he could be identified as a suspect in the murder

Although a motive for the shooting has not been named, Burton's publicist Sue Vannasing believes the suspects "followed him to the mall because they knew he was coming." Police have not been able to confirm Vannasing's claim.

Burton was most well known for his track, Who The Heck Is That featuring T-Pain and Tay Dizm, and was a model for Diddy's clothing line, Sean John. He started his career as a member of the hip-hop group Da Razkals Cru.

Our thoughts go out to Dolla's family and friends during this difficult time.

Sean Combs is set to star in a Judd Apatow-produced flick called Get Him to the Greek about a record company intern trying to get an unruly English rock star to a gig in Los Angeles.

Combs will star as the intern's boss.

Art imitating life?

Diddy is soooo excited about his new role. He says:

"If you work hard + believe dreams do come true! Even if no one else believes! I landed a role in the new Jonah Hill, Russell Brand movie!"
