What better way to ring in the new year than by filing a lawsuit over something that happened over three years ago!

During a taping of Diddy's Making the Band back in 2008, Kevin Faraday claims he was in the crowd at NYC's Hammerstein Ballroom…and he was hit in the abdomen by a guy with a mic.

As a result of his injury, Kevin is suing both Diddy and MTV AND ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE who was involved with the event that day, including, but not limited to:

Why won't somebody admit that these two are more than just friends?!?!?!? We feel like we're taking crazy pills here!

To recap…back in October, Diddy and Cameron Diaz were spotted with their hands all over each other at Catch in NYC.

Then last month, they were seen making out at Scarpetta in Beverly Hills!

Both their reps denied that there was anything going on between the two, but NOW they've been spotted YET AGAIN - this time at PH-D nightclub at NYC's Dream Downtown Hotel on Saturday night.

The two spent the night together at a table, where they were served "multiple bottles of Ciroc, Grey Goose, and Patron," and they were reportedly "attached to each other all night."

Diddy's son, Justin Combs has just received a full scholarship to UCLA where he will play on the school's football team.

It's not just about sports though - Justin has the brains too. He has a 3.75 GPA and is the head of the African American Society at his school, Iona Prep.

Daddy Diddy couldn't be more proud! He announced his excitement and in a press release:

"As a parent, today is one of the proudest moments of my life. This is everything a father could want for his son, for him to excel at what he loves to do and is truly passionate about. Justin is a shining example of what hard work, determination and a strong mentality can achieve. I am honored to call him my son and am happy that he is fulfilling his dream."

Those are definitely the sentiments of a proud poppa! So happy to hear how much he supports his son.

Sean Combs is sticking with Diddy.

At least for now.

A rep for the hip-hop mogul said that rumors of Diddy going back to Puffy are "completely untrue."

It was previously reported at an art book launch in L.A. that Diddy would switch to his oldest nickname.

Many stars and friends of late Heavy D were in attendence to grieve the loss of the rapper during his funeral.

As reported earlier, President Barack Obama sent his condelences to family of Heavy D, where were read during the service led by Reverend Al Sharpton.

The long list of stars in attendence included Will Smith, Jay-Z, Queen LatifahUsher, Q-Tip, John Legend, and Rosie Perez among others.

Diddy also gave a humorous and heartfelt eulogy as well.

Heavy D was interred in his hometown of Mount Vernon, NY, which is also Diddy's birthplace. The mogul went on to say the following about his friend's death:

No way, right!!??! …but apparently this is true!

Everyone whispers about their FWB relationship…whenever Cameron Diaz is single, she calls up her favorite booty call to Diddy her kitty.

But now they've been going public!

The two were seen at Catch in NYC on October 24 being "inseparable." Onlookers commented on their inability to keep their hands off each other.

Then on November 11, they were both seen making out at Scarpetta in Beverly Hills!!!

Of course, both stars' reps say they're just friends. And this would have to be the official answer since Diddy is still dating Cassie!

But clearly Cam and Dids are lovin' up on one another a little more heavily these days so Cas might need to watch out!!

It's still just as sad writing about this now as it was when we did the first post on Heavy D's death.

The rapper who was found dead in his Beverly Hills home Tuesday will be remembered two ways next week.

On Thursday, there were will be a public viewing in NYC for anyone who wants to go and pay tribute. But on Friday, there will be a very exclusive funeral service reserved only for family and close friends.

The list of close friends includes Diddy, Mary J. Blige, and some Wayan Brothers.
