This sh*t's bananas! B-A-N-A-N-A-S!
According to sources, they just signed a contract with rocker grrrl Gwen Stefani!!!!
Now here's a diet we can all agree on!!
Hip-hop mogul Diddy enjoyed a nice, relaxing day at the pool with his mother and decided to show off his Hulk-like muscles to the world!
The former rapper has obviously been staying in GREAT shape lately, and if you look closely you can see the secret behind his success.
Diddy decided to ditch the protein shakes for a day, and used his bulging biceps to pour himself a refreshing glass of sangria instead, and it looks like it works just as well!!
We doubt the boozy beverage is actually a part of his workout regimen, but if he's able to indulge in a drink every now and then and still look like THAT, we're willing to give anything a shot! LOLz!

Diddy, are you ok?!?
The entrepreneur visited his doctor in Beverly Hills on Wednesday, and as soon as he was seen leaving, we couldn't help but notice the forms on heartburn and acid reflux that he was carrying.
We know that running the city can be hard, but c'mon Diddy, you need to watch what you eat 'cuz indigestion problems ain't no joke!!
And while you're at it, lay off of the Ciroc because alcohol is known to increase the production of stomach acid, which in your case, is not good right now!
Let's hope Puffy got him some Prilosec because he needs to get well soon!!

Actually, water happens! LOLz!
No, it's not some weird chemical reaction between Diddy and Mark that creates water, they're just making water together called AquaHydrate — and it aims to rejuvenate, replenish, and keep you healthy!!
Unlike other waters, Aqua is alkaline… and if you don't know what that means, let's have Diddy explain it to you himself (above)!!!
So fab! Thanks for your time, Diddy! We hope to get at you some more for ALL your health tips!!
Nikki Reed may play an immortal on the big screen in the Twilight movies, but she knows how important her safety is off camera.
That's why she's joining up with Sean 'Puffy P. Diddy' Combs and his vodka brand CIROC and Esquire for the CIROC Safe Rides Campaign.
CIROC brand ambassadors are going to be handing out "Safe Ride" cards on New Year's Eve!
Each card will be redeemable for transportation via taxi, black cars and limos!
"This campaign is such a great way to help keep people safe. Its a wonderful resource for people during the holidays. It is always better to be safe than sorry. The holidays are such a busy time for everyone, that it's important to not only take responsibility for yourself but those around you, as well."
So if you live in New York, Miami, Houston, Chicago or Atlanta, maybe you should run around yelling about how much you love CIROC.
Then someone might hand you a Safe Ride card and you'll be able to make it home from your New Year's event in style! For free!
If not, you should still take a cab or arrange a ride because seriously, don't drink and drive!!
Way to back a good cause, Nikki!

Well now he's moved onto his next venture… vodka!
He's joining the likes of Sean "Diddy" Combs, who also has his own vodka: Ciroc.
Shaq plans to launch his vodka early next year. It'll be called "Luv Shaq." Ha!
Sean "Diddy" Combs has already turned alcohol into gold with his Cîroc brand of vodka, but now he's venturing to Mexico in an effort to make the world's finest tequila!
During a recent interview where he was promoting his vodka, the rapper and entrerpreneur teased his new business venture, saying:
"There isn't one particular tequila that I love and I've been spending a lot of time in Mexico. So in the next year, you will probably see me going toe to toe with John Paul [Jones DeJoria], who owns Patrón."
Diddy is so confident that the tequila he'll be producing with a "true tequila artiste" will be the best in the biz, he even plans on challenging DeJoria, adding:
"I'll be challenging him to who makes the best, smoothest and most authentic tequila in the world."
You're setting our expectations pret-ty high with all that trash talk, sir! We hope this tequila lives up to them!
