Sure, everyone wants their own pet T-Rex!

Though remember, they may be cute when they're babies, but once they start to get too big, you can't just flush them down the toilet like a New York City alligator myth. LOLz!

All jokes aside, just because we have the ability to do something, does it mean we should??

When it comes to extinct species, if we can get our hands on a sample of their DNA, there's a good chance we'd be able to bring them back.

Ethically though, is that something we should do?

Sure, they once lived on this planet, but their era has long since passed.

But we want a pet wooly mammoth!!

Researchers in Spain have announced they found hundreds of dinosaur egg fossils!

They even found four kinds of dino egg that they had never found before in that region.

Crocodiles are like great white sharks, they've basically been around since the time of dinosaurs.

Scientists have found out that ancient crocs and dinos didn't really get along too well.

Did they find angry messages scratched into rock??

Nope! They discovered croc teeth… still stuck into dino bones!!

Somewhere around 520 million years ago, there was an explosion of life known as the Cambrian Period.

The fossil record from that time has some of our oldest ancestors… and some creatures that don't resemble anything on earth today!

Migaloo is digging down deep and it's for SCIENCE!

The pooch is the first dog in the archaeology field and her trainer, Gary Jackson, only has to use her ball for motivation!

Migaloo has a personality trait that helps in her line of work: fixation. She loves to play with her ball but she'll only get it when she finds the scent of human bones.

So bones = ball in her eyes!

So how good is this pooch's nose????

She was able to find the bones in a 600 year old grave in the middle of Australia!!!

Now THAT's a nose we could use!

Can you imagine being 245 MILLION years old?????

Paleontologists have a fossil so old, well…we don't have time for Yo Mama jokes, but the fossil is believed to be the oldest dinosaur ever discovered.
