The blonde opened up to the mag about it, saying:

thinking crying out loud!
Believe it or not, Marvin Gaye has already been dead for more than 32 years.. but you'd never be able to tell based on how actively his music is involved in copyright lawsuits!
Only this time it's against Ed Sheeran!!!
Apparently, Ed T. co-wrote Let's Get It On way back in 1973, and his family now believes Ed S. copied basically every aspect of it for his 2014 track Thinking Out Loud.
In a new lawsuit filed by Townsend's heirs, Teddy and his writing team allegedly copied the "heart" of the Marvin classic, with the suit claiming:
The fight for followers on Twitter is a heated battle between A-listers!

Oh baby, baby!
And what song did they choose to celebrate 'Murica?! None other than Britney Spears' old school hit Baby One More Time! Classic!!
Fortunately, some dedicated fans captured footage that allows us to be flies on the (outside of the) wall! Yas, Taymerica!
The blonde beauty also enjoys celebrating the romantic relationships of her BFFs, too! And, it looks like that star-studded shindig Miz Swift threw for the Fourth of July wasn't just a party for the patriotic holiday!
The gorgeous gal posted the precious pic to Instagram, showing off the punny banners memorializing the cute couples' love as the superstar hugged her childhood friend, who was posing with fiancé Matt Lucier.
The singer captioned the shot:
"'Love actually is all around.' Congratulations guys ❤️ @abigail_lauren @teddysphotos"
Meanwhile, the ginger songsmith shared a sneaky smooch with his lady love in the background, which Abigail aptly called out in her own post about the pic, writing:
"When there's literally so much love around your only option is to make a room for all of your love banners & sing love songs to each other. @taylorswift we LOVE you! Kudos to @teddysphotos for the photobomb of the year."
Those love songs they were singing?
Well, that was apparently part of a karaoke party the songstress set up in that very room! Ch-ch-check out snaps of the magical, musical moments (below)!
Sounds like we're going to have another hit on our hands!
Justin Bieber announced he's got a new summer song coming our way, and the track is going to be quite the star-studded collab!
On Friday, the Biebs took to Twitter to announce he's releasing a song this month, hinting that Ed Sheeran, pop producer Benny Blanco, and Diplo's music group Major Lazer all have a hand in the project!
Right off the bat, the upcoming release, Cold Water, seems like an instant summer smash, and here's why.
J.B. teamed up with Benny and the ginger songsmith to create his wildly popular single, Love Yourself. Plus, he worked with Diplo and Skrillex — under the alias Jack Ü — to make the mega-hit Where Are U Now.
Not to mention, Major Lazer's track Lean On with DJ Snake and MØ was such a jam, and even cracked the top five on the Billboard Hot 100 last year.
Oh, and Diplo revealed that MØ's going to be on Cold Water as well! Ch-ch-check out his announcement (below)!
A photograph is worth a thousand words — but for Ed Sheeran, it might cost millions!
The musician is being sued for $20 million over his 2015 smash hit Photograph for allegedly "verbatim, note-for-note copying" it!
Songwriters Martin Harrington and Thomas Leonard say Sheeran's x single ripped off their song Amazing — which was recorded and released as a single by X Factor winner Matt Cardle in 2012.
The lawsuit states the two songs have the same chord progressions and musical notation — particularly the chorus, which allegedly shares 39 identical notes in pitch, rhythmic duration and placement in the measure.
According to a complaint issued by the plaintiffs:
Taylor Swift had one hell of a 2015!
With the mega success of her Grammy-winning album 1989, and her epically lucrative 1989 World Tour, the New Romantics songstress was the top earner of last year!
Swifty absolutely slayed the competition, earning a whopping $73.5 million largely thanks to her tour — which cashed in $61.7M for her 2015 haul.
But other factors like album sales and streaming sales helped — and even Ryan Adams' 1989 cover album helped make the pop star the top earner of publishing royalties!
While Swift's success isn't that surprising, the rest of the top ten earners may be…
