Mindy McCready is denying allegations made by sexy time romp participant Kari Ann Peniche that she leaked the now infamous Eric Dane and friends nude tape.

"I did not want to be dragged into all this. I did not want to be a part of this," the troubled country singer tells Access Hollywood.

Tell it to the police!

"She is evil personified, she is evil in human form. She will hurt anyone she can to make money," McCready says of her Celebrity Rehab roommate, Peniche.

Yikes!

We wish Dr. Drew would comment on his patients' fued!

Something tells us that Mindy is ruthless, but she loves to play the victim!

According to Eric Dane's lawyers, it's not a sex tape as much as it was "a private, consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public."

If we see a peen, it's a sex tape!

The El Lay Police are investigating a DVD that was given to them last month from an anonymous source.

Authorities believed the video contained evidence that could link celebrities to illegal conduct and "included archived articles and photographs of porn stars and formally convicted madams, which could readily be found over the internet."

Before they could determine whether a crime was committed, the tape, featuring Dane, his wife Rebecca Gayheart and madam Kari Ann Peniche, leaked online.

We are dying to know what those three were up to!

Although Eric Dane and wife Rebecca Gayheart did not (according to their lawyer) have sex with beauty queen turned Celebrity Rehab-er/Hollywood Madam Kari Ann Peniche, they sure did pull their junk out and have some fun!

The video, which involved the two women playing dress up and soaking in the bathtub, was shot more than two years ago in Kari's apartment.

Eric shows every inch of his talent as a director!

Peniche claims that the video was stored on her computer's hard drive, but during her stint rooming with trashtastic country singer Mindy McCready post Rehab, it disappeared.

Mindy and Kari had several money disputes and it is assumed that Mindy stole the hard drive in retribution.

Last month, Eric, Rebecca, Kari Ann and Mindy had a meeting about who would have rights to the the video.

McSteamy received full rights to the tape and that was assumed to be the end of it!

There is a 12 minute-long sex tape circulating around the Internets today featuring none other than Grey's Anatomy hunk Eric Dane getting busy with his wife Rebecca Gayheart and beauty-queen-turned-Hollywood-madam Kari Ann Peniche!!!

The trio are apparently HIGHlarious as they talk about their porn names and enjoy the jacuzzi in Kari's Studio City apartment, all completely naked and tweaked out!

We'd tackle him like nobodies business!!!

Eric Dane threw around the pigskin while filming his new film Valentine's Day in Malibu on Thursday.

And there's always a sex appeal when it comes to the built and toned hotties like Kellan Lutz, but there's something about the combination of that smile and tattooed naked torso that make Dane look especially hawt.

Plus, the football makes him look sort of rugged!

McSteamy is getting us hot and bothered!

Eric Dane is making the most of his time off from Grey's Anatomy.

The actor is shooting the new movie Marley and Me with Owen Wilson (in the background) and Jennifer Aniston in our hometown of Miami.

It's a little cold to go in the beach right now, but we're really happy he sacrificed for his art!!!
