Foxy Brown is staying in jail.

The rapper asked to be released so she could see an ear specialist in Los Angeles. She claimed only a Hollywood doc could make things better.

However, a judge said on Thursday that she needed more info to determine if Foxy would really go deaf if she stays in jail.

Bitch, she was making that shit up!

While at the hearing yesterday, Foxy pleaded to be released. "I have too much talent to throw it away," Brown said. "I know I will make you proud and my family proud."

The judge told the rapper: "I'm glad you're learning some very hard lessons that needed to be learned."

Now this is clever!

Foxy Brown is asking a judge to let her out of her year-long prison stay early because her hearing aid is malfunctioning and she needs to get it fixed.

And, not just by any doctor, she needs to go to Hollywood to get it repaired by an expert there.

Fancy!

In case you forgot, Foxy claimed to lose her hearing last year. Apparently, she's now wearing a hearing aid.

"I am terrified of not hearing a fire alarm go off, or being locked in a cell, and someone not being kind enough to let me out, since not everyone understands the severity of my condition," the rapper wrote in a letter this week to the courts.

A lawyer for Foxy told the judge that there may be "one or two places" in New York that do cochlear implant adjustments, but Marchand needs to go to Hollywood if she wants to properly repair her "progressively deteriorating hearing loss."

Bitch just wants to get out of jail. Be upfront about it!

"Her condition is worsening in jail since she cannot obtain at Rikers the proper treatment," her lawyer argues.

Foxy is trying to convince the judge that she's just misunderstood. She's really a good person y'all!

In a handwritten, four-page note attached to the court papers, Brown described herself to Judge Melissa Jackson as a "good person with an incredible heart" who gets a bad rap.

"Up until now, you've only hear about Foxy Brown the artist," she wrote. "I'd like to show you Inga Marchand, the beautiful person that my mom raised me to be. 'Foxy Brown gets into an altercation with a neighbor' would be great front-page headlines, whereas 'Foxy Brown brings Christmas toys to 30 disabled children' would hardly be mentioned."

She should be let out of jail just for creativity!

She's out of the hole but Foxy Brown still has more than six months left in jail!

In a new interview with Metro, Foxy tells the newspaper:

"I’m a survivor. It’s been very hard, but I believe God uses circumstances to develop your character. I know coming out of this I’m going to be a much stronger person. Even upon my arrival, I never had a choice. I was always on lockdown. That’s what people don’t understand.”
Despite her upturn in spirits, Brown said spending the holiday season behind bars has been tough. I probably cried the entire Thanksgiving. I spoke to my entire family, but I was boo-hooing like a baby. We were served what would be considered sweet potatoes, collared greens and turkey, but it wasn’t anything like my mother’s cooking. I was really, really depressed all day. I’m much smarter now. I know how to dodge and weave."

She's gonna be hanging out with Michael Lohan within months!

Such a shame Foxy Brown that fucked things up and landed her crazy ass in jail for a year.

The rapper is dropping a new album, Brooklyn’s Don Diva, next month. It’s her first album since 2001’s Broken Silence.

And the first single is tight!

She's been a bad bad girl!

Foxy Brown was getting no special treatment while in jail, and that pissed her the fuck off.

As a result, the rapper has been acting up!

Foxy committed three violations at Rikers Island this month, where she is serving a year-long prison sentence.

She…

1) Got into a fight with another inmate
2) Got into a fight with a corrections officer
3) Refused to take a drug test

Cuz that's how she rolls!

To "punish" her, Foxy has been removed from the general population and locked away in a solitary cell for the next 76 days. She will only have an hour a day to leave her cell.

Now she's getting the Paris Hilton treatment, we're sure she's happy!

She's already in prison, what else does she have to lose?

Foxy Brown is currently in jail on a one-year sentence for violating her probation. On Friday, she was supposed to go to court for her arraignment but she refused to go.

She just didn't feel like it. How gangsta is that???

Brown is now scheduled to appear in court Tuesday. If she refuses, the court could issue an order allowing correction officers to put her in handcuffs and force her onto the bus.

They don't have a limo for her?

Foxy's new record, Brooklyn's Don Diva, will drop in November. It's her first album since 2001's Broken Silence.

Brown's new single, Don't Surrender, will be released to radio stations today.

Unfortunately for her, Foxy's album is not being released by a major label. Instead, she's stuck with Koch Records, which we've never heard of before.

Foxy Brown, currently serving a year long prison sentence, is not only a criminal but a liar too!

Despite telling reporters that she was pregnant - something her lawyer confirmed in court during her most recent trial - the rapper's manager said on Wednesday that she is not sperminated.

Said her manager, "And to the pregnancy rumors, this is the official statement: She is not pregnant."

Lying about being with child to try and escape a jail sentence?
