Gossip Girl creator Josh Safran is speaking endgame here!!
Now… most of the time he likes to tease, and perhaps he still is here, but what he has to say about the end of the series is very inneresting. We at least get to know there's still time for things to move around!

Dan! Oh, how the tables have turned!
It seems that the love square between Blair, Chuck, Louis and Dan is about turn into a pentagon of pining! Looks like Serena Van der Woodsen is all about recapturing what she had with Dan again!
This sneak peek from next week's Gossip Girl has everyone buzzing about what's going to happen between Dan and Serena now that they are in a "fake" relationship to protect Blair. Clearly, Dan is still not over his secret yearning for the princess-to-be, but Serena might be in the mood to change all that and give their love another go.
Just check out the TENSION and LONGING in her eyes in the clip from next week (above)!
Our opinion? Chuck and Blair are the endgame for this series, but we really wouldn't mind seeing Dan have his moment with her just once. Then, after that's all done, if Serena is still as put together as she is now, then we think she and Dan could work out. And yes, we know — we're entirely too invested. Ask us if we care! (Answer: no!)

Get ready, Gossipers! Steadily approaching is the milestone 100th episode of Gossip Girl. For the occasion, there are some MAJOR things planned, like Blair Waldorf's wedding and apparently, this elaborate musical dream sequence. Fans of the show know that executive Josh Safran step outside the Upper East Side into fantasy every once and awhile, usually with Blair living out an Audrey Hepburn movie. While Leighton Meester does look ready for Breakfast at Tiffanys, it's Blake Lively that's got everyone's attention, dressed to perfection as Marilyn Monroe from her infamous Diamonds Are A Girl's Best Friend number.
Oh, and let's not forget about Dapper Dan and the rest of the boys! So handsome in their suits and sashes! So, how did this all come about? According to Josh, this number has been in the works since he started the show! He explains:

Last we heard about Gossip Girl creator Josh Schwartz, he was working on a US remake of UK sci-fi series Misfits.
Now, Josh has teamed up with his Gossip Girl co-creator Stephanie Savage to produce veteran sci-fi writer/producer Rockne S. O'Bannon's new mystery drama Cult for The CW!

At least, we think it is! Almost positive, actually!
Angelina Jolie was at the Berlin International Film Festival today, where she is screening her directorial debut, In The Land Of Blood and Honey out of competition, when she announced that the long-rumored project was next up for her - even though she didn't specifically call it by name!
She explains:
"I haven't acted in two years, and I haven't done anything else since this . The next thing I am looking at is a Disney movie. The best thing to find that balance is to do something that is just for children. You know, you find different ways to make things matter. When, for example, you do fun action movies, they are empowering for my daughters."
And since we've gotten word that the Luc Besson movie she had been eyeing seems to have stalled, and Maleficent recently got Robert Stromberg as a director, we think it's safe to say that the Linda Woolverton-written adaptation of the classic fairy tale is definitely where we'll see her next!
So, so cool!
