Armie Hammer Implies Blake Lively Was A Nightmare On Gossip Girl In Resurfaced Interview!

As the feud between It Ends With Us stars Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni rages on, a video has resurfaced of another one of her former co-stars implying that she was a nightmare to work with!

This time it was Armie Hammer, during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen alongside Chelsea Handler in 2017. A drama-hungry fan asked the Lone Ranger star who the “biggest diva” was on Gossip Girl. You may recall the actor portrayed Serena Van der Woodsen’s love interest Gabriel for four episodes in 2009. Although Armie wasn’t on the show for long, he still got to know quite a few of the personalities on set. So who was the “diva” of Gossip Girl? He hesitated to respond to the question at first but then said:

“Let me just say that was a tough show to film and I didn’t end up actually filming all of the episodes I was supposed to because it was such a tough filming.”

Oof!

Following his cryptic words, the Call Me By Your Name star then hinted he was FIRED from the show! When Andy Cohen asked if this was a case of “get me out of this,” he shared that:

“It was also like, ‘Get him out of here.’”

Whoa…

Did someone influence the decision to kick him off the show? Someone like Blake? Andy went on to ask who his love interest was on Gossip Girl, to which Armie replied that it was “Blake Lively.” Chelsea then chimed to say:

“Sounds like she was the problem.”

Oh?! Andy agreed, adding:

“It sure does, Chelsea. That’s exactly what I was thinking.”

Armie didn’t say a word but smiled and made a face while awkwardly laughing, shaking his head, and throwing up his hands. He never explicitly says Blake was the “biggest diva,” but not flat-out denying the comments from Andy and Chelsea speaks volumes. We mean, he doesn’t defend her, so…

The thing is though, given his horrific history with women, which was uncovered just a few years later… Can you blame Blake if she wanted him off the set? Knowing what we know now?

As we mentioned, this video has been circulating on social media over the past few days amid the nasty lawsuit battle between Justin and Blake, most likely by people on his side. Obviously, we don’t know their exact intention of posting this Armie clip. However, we can imagine they’re trying to back his “bullying” claims — many are already convinced her sexual harassment allegations against him are part of her own smear campaign. But if the goal is to support Justin’s side, it probably wasn’t the best idea to use an interview with an alleged cannibal who has been accused multiple times of abuse and sexual assault. Just saying! He’s not the most convincing character witness, ya know?
