Well, that's it.

It only takes 4 Minutes to finalize a divorce.

With neither Madonna nor Guy present, the couple's marriage was pronounced officially over this morning at the Principal Registry of the Family Division in High Holburn, London.

Guy apparently responded with, "Thank God!" when he was informed of the proceedings.

He also told a friends, "It was never about money – never about her bloody art collection. I just wanted to settle it and move on."

The filmmaker allegedly turned down $10 million offered to him, only raising a fuss when Madonna wanted to keep the kids permanently in New York. These claims are countered by Madge insiders, who insist that he WILL be getting a big payday from the divorce settlement.

While Lourdes will reside in New York with her mother, sons Rocco and David will reportedly split their time equally in the States and London.

Guy is also said to keep the couple's $10 million country estate, and the Punchbowl pub. They will also sell a couple of their other homes, splitting the profits down the middle.

Like a good lad, Guy quietly celebrated his new freedom with a pint.

Friends say he's just glad that it's over.

Several Madonna insiders reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Team Ritchie's divorce settlement leaks to the media today are full of shit.

A source close to Madonna, currently on tour with her, tells us, "What a joke that Guy is leaking stories all over the place that he's such a gentleman."

Madge's soon-to-be-ex is getting a "huge pay day".

Ritchie supposedly doesn't want the world to know, "that he's channeling Heather Mills.-He feels entitled to lots of money [in the divorce]."

Guy, why would you lie when it's obvious that you'll get called out?

Madonna and Guy Ritchie will begin the first stages of their divorce starting this Friday in London.

A judge at London's High Court will grant them a provisional decree of dissolution, which will be made absolute in 6 weeks and a day. The couple in question usually does not appear in court for this process.

So the countdown begins tomorrow!

43 days to end 8 years of marriage!

We love leaks!

Though an official announcement about Madonna and Guy Ritchie's divorce isn't expected ’til the end of the month or so, someone close to the negotiations has blabbed some of the details to the UK press.

Thanks, Team Ritchie! We assume no one from the Madge camp would have the balls to do that, for fear that her Madgesty would suss them out and make them pay.

According to reports, Guy will NOT accept a dime of Madge's money.

All he supposedly wants is joint custody of their sons Rocco and David.

The agreement apparently stipulates that the boys split time between the homes of mom in New York and dad in London.

If this is true, Madonna got off pretty ea$y!

Seems like a weight has been lifted from Guy Ritchie's shoulders!

A source close to Madonna's ex says, "Guy is finally starting to socialize in a way that we haven't seen from him in years."

Rumor has it that it was a heated phone argument over Ritchie's attendance to a bachelor party that propelled the separation from Madonna so that Guy "can live again."

Considering some of the Material Mom's strange and controlling habits (allegedly), we're not surprised that Guys is feeling some relief and some release.

The final battle will be custody of the former couple's children, whom Ritchie does not want to permanently reside in the the USA.

In the meantime, Guy seems to be stretching his wings. His father John told In Touch Weekly, "He's been in a very good mood. I wasn't upset that they split. I am very pleased for Guy that it is over."

EVERYONE is still talking about Madonna and Guy Ritchie's split.

And, with both sides having their friends (anonymously) or dad (publicly) speaking to the media, things are getting really interesting.

But this next bit of information will have you talking for hours, though it doesn't really surprise us.

Us Weekly is reporting that Guy is already hooking up with other women.

Apparently, Mr. Madonna is in a relationship with British actress Kelly Reilly.

Sorry, Ritchie, but she's no Madge!

Turns out Reilly is starring in his upcoming film, Sherlock Holmes.

We're sure he'll be spending a lot of time with her in her trailer. Working on her lines, we're sure.

Madonna's friends and business associates have HAD ENOUGH with Guy Ritchie and his camp spreading lies and misinformation about the Queen of Pop….and they're finally speaking out!

Insiders tell us….

When Guy Ritchie was first introduced to Madonna, by Sting & Trudie Styler, he had a very rich girlfriend by the name of Rebecca Green.

Guy had a reputation of being a golddigger and he definitely lived up to that when he dumped his girlfriend of four years, Rebecca, for the much much richer Madonna.

"For his entire marriage to M, Guy lived like a king," one of our many close Madonna sources tell us. "He never spent a dime of his own money for their lifestyle or the children."

He never spent any money, even though he did have some money of his own. It's not as if he was a personal trainer.

What a royal douche!

In fact, sources tell us, Guy insisted that Madonna purchase a 1,200 hundred acre estate for him, fund million dollar holidays and fly him around on private jets to accomodate his fear of flying.

"Madonna finally got fed up with him never being around and being used and filed for a divorce," an impeccable source tells us. "Guy has threatened to go after half of M's hard-earned money, claiming that the law is on his side. He doesn't care that the world thinks of him as Heather Mills. He doesn't care that he has his own money and doesn't need hers. He feels he is entitled to half of her empire."

Madonna's friends and associate tell us, "She is devastated."

Guy continues to live in the London house Madonna bought, ordering the staff around while she is on tour and pretending that he is the good, simple, family man only interested in his children and the countryside.

"Guy Ritchie is a fake and a phoney," says one of Madonna's confidants, clearly hurt by the way Ritchie has treated her. "He is not a macho man. Not an English lad. Not a gentleman. Not spiritual. He's just a money-hungry gold digger that doesn't want to earn his way."

All of the above is true and an understatement to say the least.
